Slept in and then headed up Parleys to cheer on the 10-miler start. It was cold up there 19F! After my wife and a few bloggers started I headed to the finish with the girls. Was happy to see ACorn in the lead with no one in sight behind him, other than Fritz along for the ride. Not too long after my wife came into view with a full 6 minutes on her previous PR for the course and distance to finish in 1:12! A bit of family time after that including egg painting and a picnic dinner at the zoo. Managed to squeeze in a solo southerly loop, the weather was perfect.

Send some congrats along to your wife! That is a very good time! What's with your family and opening up the season w/ PRs? :-)

My wife has us all on a healthier diet. So maybe that has something to do with it. The great part is these are on courses we have run before so I feel better calling them PRs than when we first moved to downhill racing...

Nice run! Congrats to your wife, six minutes is a massive PR. Have a great Easter!
