The candles are burning at both ends. The good news about getting my grant is that I got a grant. However, it did push a few other deadlines I had up a number of months (Sept 1st to May 1st). So it has meant some longer work hours. This morning was rough with an early experiment start and the worst running weather this winter. 34F with 20mph winds and snow/sleet. I had to run with my eyes closed it was stinging so much. But I made it in and got the experiment done. Hopefully I will have a little breathing room for Easter weekend.

yeah that was not pleasant this morning... it got worse and worse as I got higher up the hill. The med campus area was all slush!

At least I only had 2.5 mi of it. Sorry you had to deal with so much of it. But we were lucky for running this winter so I'll take one day of this versus how rough winter was last year...

We watched St Ralph last night - cute movie - but totally unrealistic when he did 20 x 1 mile and closed in 4:25! :-) hahaha

You have to admit that him taking flight is an apt way to show hitting the runner's high.
