| 6:45 a.m. 17 mile run. Tooele to Stockton around north end of Rush Lake through Hoganville over to Mormon Trail Road fronting the base of the Stansbury Range towards Grantsville and entrance to South Willow Canyon. A nice morning run with the a cooling south breeze which was a blessing since I took no water. Not so smart, but was only planning on 16 and stopping at a convenience store in Stockton at mile 6, which I didn't do. Next time I stash some H2O or G2 like I usually do. An encouraging run. Right hip not too much of a problem, although 3 or 4 reminders that my left knee is still not at 100% yet. |
