6:45 p.m. Ivins, UT. 16 miles on the Santa Clara, Half-wash, and Snow Canyon trails. Slow. Hip bugging me after 7 or 8 miles. Swapped long run from Saturday. Afternoon: Two short hikes in Zion National Park with Rick and Sharon. Just beat the storm getting back. Hailed like crazy in Hurricane while eating dinner. We timed everything just right.

Back up Old Highway 91 to the Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge and loop around back to 200 West up to 400 South and Home. 8:30 a.m. Gold's Gym with Sharon. 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes recumbent cycle, and about 18 minutes on upright cycle. |
