Splits: 7:47, 7:28, 7:32, 7:34, 7:35, 7:54, 8:07, 8:08, 8:27, 8:52, 8:42, 8:37. 9:15 p.m. Gold's Gym. 3 x 15 x 6 machines. Upper body light reps.

| 6:30 a.m. Approximately 14 miles / 2 hrs. 25 min. (Garmin wrist band broken) from Ivins condo and along Center St./Snow Canyon Parkway to Snow Canyon road along the paved path to above the end and back adding 2 miles on a gravel service road. Back via the Tuacahn road and Painted Hills Drive heading home. Saw a lot of folks walking the trail from the Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge Spa. About 3 or 4 vans in the parking lots. |
