1.5 mile warm-up plus some striders. The workout was 10x400 at 75-80 seconds with less than 1minute rest. It was a great workout! Me and Davis hit 78, 79, 80, 80, 79, 78, 80, 80, 81, 78. So we hit the splits pretty well. The 81 was the gut check plus a bunch of dance girls were walking across the track and we had to go around them. School starts tomorrow, I'm really excited to get back into a consistent schedule. That helps for running too! |
