My Mom donated half of her liver to me when I was 6 months old. I have now taken care of it for 24 years. I hope to do so for years to come.

I served a mission for my church in Fort Worth, Texas speaking Spanish 15'-17'.

I am a Senior studying Healthcare Administration at BYU-Idaho.

No running today woke up and ankle was swollen. Hurts to walk. I am now wearing a brace/icing/elveating/resting.

I really wanted to get in a long 14-15 miler today :/

Just looked at the Dyestat National Rankings... Very Interesting.

On lap 2 on the soccer field before I entered the track. I rolled it. It was pretty stiff this morning. I can walk on it now. I've been elevating it and icing it. I will keep you updated on it until practice tomorrow.
