Am- Jogged 1easy mile then walked 1mile on the track. Murph suggested taking this morning easy so I did.
Pm- 8miles. 4 easy, 2 hardish (just under 7:00 per mile), then 2 about 7:10.
I worked into it and by the end my knee was fine!
