2 mile warmup 2x{3x800m} at 5000m goal pace. So we ran 2:40's. My splits were 2:38; 2:40; 2:42; 2:43; 2:43; 2:48.
Back to back hard workout Mondays... It was soooo hard on the last 2. The last one all I could see was the back of my eye lids for 90% if the time. Very very hard.
