Ok, a better day to day than yesterday. Knee felt decent. Still pain but much lower on the pain scale. So I ran a little faster. On BYU indoor track with first mile in 6:44 and second mile in 6:29 for 13:13 for 2 miles. This was probably my best day so far pain wise. It was my fastest 2 mile run since I started running last month. Days like today give me a little more hope that maybe I can run pain free again someday and if not at least I still have hope of possibly running a decent 5K again. |
