Easy 2 miles at BYU indoor track. Averaged about 7:30-40 pace and felt ok. Lower pain level day which is always good. Still no noticeable swelling which I hope is also a good sign. If I had to rate the knee pain on a scale of 1-10 I would rate it at a 4 today for the first mile and dropping to a 2 by the end of the 2nd mile. On a bad day I would put the pain at about a 7-8 level during the first mile and a 4-5 during the second mile. So anytime the pain level drops below a 5 I think that is a good day. |
