Easy 8 miles this morning with Sasha. Legs feel a little better but still not good. Left knee really hurts firs couple miles but this is more of a tendon/joint type issue than a muscular issue so it will probably take longer to heal. Muscular wise legs are still fatigued but not as bad as previous couple of days. I will try as suggested and keep the fluid and carb intakes high. I may even jump in an ice bath (although this is pure torture). I'm just hoping to feel half way decent by Saturday so I can run the 1/2 without dying. |
