Easy 10 miles with Sasha and Nick. Good news is the foot actually felt a little better today. It still hurts but I think it is healing. I will keep up the ice and ibuprofin routine until all of the pain goes away. Well, I will try and post my running on the blog as often as I can while I'm gone but I may only get around to it once every three or four days. Hopefully I will return a skinnier fitter version of myself in 7 weeks! I hit the road about 11:00 today for Fort Lewis, Washington.

Good luck in Fort Lewis - at least you will have some more greenery and cooler temps. Alexander and I hope to run a couple 5K up there in August when I visit my parents

We were in the same Austin race in 2003, I think we even ran together for a while. If I could bottle the way I felt that day and drink some before every race...now that would be alright. Good luck with your training, military personnel are my heroes, and should be everyone's.

Ted, are you the Ted Lebow that was in Clarksville/Nashville a couple of years ago?? This is Bonnie LaFleur - Dean Billheimer and I just moved to SLC from Nashville (we are at the U of Utah)!!

Nice to see you, I have thought a lot about you over the past couple of years, the last we spoke you were on your way to Iraq and I have been worried about you.

Bonnie - Ted is gone to Fort Lewis until August, and has not had enough time to get on the computer over there to update his blog.
