14.04 miles today at an average of 7:23 pace. The legs are a little sore from the race on Saturday. Soreness is mainly in the outer quads and some in the shins. Ran relaxed today on the Provo River as usual. Ran 11 miles with Sasha and then hit the BYU track and did 150 push-ups and sit-ups routine followed by 3 more miles on the indoor track. 3 miles indoor were 7:16, 6:52, 6:43. Looking at having a higher mileage week this week and then somewhat of a rest week next week. Would be nice to hit somewhere around 80 miles on six day singles this week. Also plan on riding the bike at least twice and kayaking again on Saturday. |
