AM - Easy run with Sasha on standard {Sasha House 10 Miler} Felt a lot better today. We averaged 7:12.28 and finished with the last 1/4 in 1:19. The good news is the hamstring did not seem to complain about the speed so it looks like things are healing up nicely. Plan to do more tonight with James and Jared.

PM - 1 mile warm-up with son James then we did 3x800 with 400 jog. Paced James but he is fast enough to make me run at threshold or slightly faster now. 800s were 2:49, 2:48, and 2:45. Then ran 1 mile back to my office. Busy night with scouts tonight so time to go.

Ted- What browser is it that will open all the formatting tools on an Apple? I think you said you knew at the blog party?!

Ted-

I'm hoping I'll be free from all this stuff tomorrow. What time are you all running? I'm looking at doing 6-8 though my mind is going crazy; saying I need to do 10 with 4x800 @ 2:20 at the end, with drills, weight training, and maybe some cliff diving to make up today.

Mik'L,

The web browser I use on my mac that seems to work well with the blog is Camino. Link below. I hope it works for you as well!

Adam,

I am running from the field house at 5:30am tomorrow for a 10 miler. Running with some of the Ranger Challenge Team guys and you are more than welcome to join us. During the 10 miles we will do some fartlek type work which will be good. As far as the crazy stuff I would hold back and wait until you are well past this glut issue. However, if you are just dieing to do some 800s you can join James and I this afternoon. We will run from my office (Wells ROTC BLDG) on campus to the track and do 3x800 at about 2:50 pace. If so meet us at 4:00pm today. I hope to see you either today or tomorrow. Sorry no cliff jumping planned for now!

Ted, you and Sasha are amazing... I can't believe how fast you guys recover, what are you guys eating because I want some. Being 45 and lazy with my eating habits I am inspired by how well you guys do and the dedication you have, keep it up...
