AM - A very easy 13.1 miles this morning with Sasha and Adam and a random dog that joined us for about 2 miles. My left knee started bothering me last night and it was still bugging me this morning as well but not as bad. I think I may have been compensating for the ankle and did something to the opposite knee. The good news is the ankle felt a lot better today but the left knee did not want to go faster than 7:00 pace without complaining. We will see how it feels tonight and tomorrow. If it is still nagging me then I amy have to cut tomorrow's 20 miler short.

PM - No run tonight as me knee was hurting all day. It hurts more to wlak than it does to run. Strange thing as well is it hurts to walk upstairs but going down stairs is no problem. Kind of strange. We will see how it feels tomorrow.

Ted,

Can you write out a list of drills to do, so I can see if there is anything I might have forgotten or haven't done before?

Where is the pain in your knee?

From adam on Fri, Nov 16, 2007 at 20:24:05

And does your knee hurt rotating internally or externally at all?

From James on Sat, Nov 17, 2007 at 01:26:07

Hope that knee feels better.

Adam,

The knee pain is in the left outer lower part of the knee just below the knee cap area. Not much rotational pain to speak of just hurts more walking than running and especially going upstairs. Although I do not feel it at all going down stairs. Same with running up hill seems to be more present than down.
