Stopped by the Jefferson Monument after work on my way home and went for a run around the mall. Slow. Getting cold and dark.

I'm jealous; running around national monuments sounds oh so much more enjoyable than pounding out miles along the streets around here.

Keep it up...

Yeah I keep hearing about some of the places you run around and too. How luck are you to be able to live there. Great job on your recovery.

I love running around the mall too (when it's light....). Glad to see you out there, taking it slow!

Are you and Montelepsy having a competition to see who can go the longest without blogging?

Hi guys! Thank you for your messages!

I'm doing ok, went through a bit of a rough emotional period there but I'm better and will be back to blogging soon. I've been running quite a bit since the marathon, but haven't taken the time to blog. Miss you all and hope you are well! I'll be in touch soon, I promise!

You just keep your head up, no matter what--running or no running. After all, running is only a means to an end (a survival technique), and blogging about it is only helpful in so much as it helps you 'keeps your head above the water.' Glad you're around. We got worried.

Hey Lucia,

I just wanted to stop by and let you know I'm thinkin' about you. I hope your holidays went well and that you are doing better.

Not blogging is no way to prep for your next marathon.
