Sick as a dog... but running helped me feel better. Going to the doc tomorrow. Probably will get antibiotics. Shins felt much better, I've got Barry's stretches to thank - I've been doing more of the post-run step leg raises and they seem to be working. Woohoo! (cough, sneeze)

Funny but they did a news article on running when your sick to help your immune system. It was on last night and people that run help heal their bodies for some weird reason. I always thought we were killing ourselves!

Yeah, I think it's good to exercise, and since I started running and biking more I don't get sick as often at all - however, if some nasty virus enters your system, sometimes no matter how healthy your immune system is, it's a matter of time to kick it out... Also since I don't take public transportation as often, I'm less exposed to germs...

Boy, I'm watching "The Shining" alone at home... too scary... I better turn it off! :)
