Ran to the office from my house, feeling OK but my backpack is rubbing against my neck a lot... My co-worker needs to give me my Nathan backpack back, she's had it for over a month now!  May run at lunch, we'll see...

Nice miles rocket woman! I am sorry it has taken me so long to post to your blog, but things have been crazy here. Hope your paper is going well ... and you are less stressed this week.

Yasso's this week? What track are you going to? 6 x 800 with 800 recovery ... try to run the first 2 or so a little slower than you think and speed up slowly on each subsequent one. Next weeks will be a better indicator, since you haven't done these in a while and it is hard to find pace the first time through. I will be sending you lots of luck and determination!

switch backpack with your co-worker!

Good running, Boston is the next target!

No need to apologize Bonnie!

I was thinking of doing a Yasso to see how far away I am from my marathon goal, and based on that figure out if my 3:40 goal is realistic or not, I've never really done track workouts so you're right it'll be hard to find a good pace... thanks for the tips!

Thanks Eric!

I turned in the paper on Sunday, it wasn't very good but it's all I could do... I need to do better in my final paper, which is due a week from today already! That's what sucks about summer classes, they go so fast! Thanks for the well wishes!
