A rainy day in DC, but not too cold and not raining very hard, so after work I did some hilly 3-ish miles in Georgetown, about 35 minutes, with walking breaks in between. Yup, I learned my lesson... I won't rush this time!

I agree with Walter... you get to run in the coolest places. But South Jordan is probably better the Ogden.

Maybe they should change the name of Ogden to Georgetown! Then Id be more apt to drive 45 minutes up there to run.

LOL yeah she does get all the cool places to run. I did go run in Lehi a few weeks back.:) Glad to hear your playing it smart though Lucia. Just stick to it for a few weeks. I made the mistake of hitting it to hard when I thought I was good and set me back a few more days.
