From home to the Washington Monument and back on East Capitol in the afternoon - 1 mile warm-up, 2 miles marathon pace, 3 miles half marathon pace, 1 mile cool-down. Felt great.

How is the marathon training coming along? What are you considering as marathon pace and what for half marathon pace?

I'm thinking a 8:34 to 8:51 as marathon pace, and well i've done just below 8:00 as half marathon pace.
