It's still icy out there... Did 8 miles with Lindsay pretty slow, then went back for another 11 a little faster. Overall better than 10 minute mile average, partly because of the ice/slush. Feeling good...

Welcome back Rocket my friend!!! I will be out there this week, but will be up in Bethesda this time. I probably won't have much time to socialize, but I might call you Thursday -- maybe I can meet you on the way to DCA on Friday. I will be back in April -- and this time I will be staying near your house again, so we most definitely will see each other then (maybe even run together!).
