Ran to the office, 5.5 miles in the morning. Weird, no matter how slow or fast I think I'm going, I always get to the office in 45 minutes.

May do more in the afternoon, not sure.

Help me decide which headband to get:

Ran from the office to Chevy Chase circle, a very hilly run around nice residential neighborhoods. Feeling tired but not bad. Shins hurt a bit - next week it'll be a taper week...
