Off to the doc... 2 weeks after my last fall and my knee is still very swallen, not painful but soft and warm - probably bursitis (fluid trapped on the knee cap)

Burt, you wanted pictures?

The right knee scar is from my fall in October when I broke my jaw... The left knee is the one I bumped badly against the concrete two weeks ago.

Oh my gosh...! That hurts just looking at them!

Do you use Nair?

I am so sorry! That looks like it hurts. But i have to say a little rest never hurts, at least that what they tell me. Try to have a good FRIDAY!

WOW!!! That ah yeah. And that was 2 weeks ago?? Looks very swollen and hurts bad. Yet your able to swim. Hmm I must say you have great battle wounds though. I hope you recovery fast from this one.

Yuck! that looks like it smarts Lucia. Your scars are coming along nicely. Luckily they only add to your allure ;-).

From Lucia on Fri, Mar 06, 2009 at 13:44:57 from 74.9.147.114

Thanks guys - just got back from the doctor, she just stuck a needle in there and removed 2 big syringes of fluid (sort-of like very watery blood). It actually wasn't painful, which is good.

From Bonnie on Fri, Mar 06, 2009 at 13:50:06 from 128.196.228.134

Double yuck - thank you for not posting the video of that ;-).

Ouch, to both the swelling and your description of what the doc did!

Burt, you are funny! I use this: http://www.emjoi.com/ (it takes out the hairs from the root)

Are you thinking of shaving your legs to get faster??? :)

From Burt on Fri, Mar 06, 2009 at 14:11:54 from 68.76.197.194

Yep. It should not only cut down on wind resistance, but that extra 5 pounds I'd lose would help a lot.

From Huans32 on Fri, Mar 06, 2009 at 14:17:44 from 138.64.2.78

Well I hear it works for swimming. But alot of it is just that you feel so much faster. I am not sold on shaving anything other then my face though.

From Burt on Fri, Mar 06, 2009 at 14:20:12 from 68.76.197.194

I shaved a V in my chest hair once for my wife, Victoria. She thought it was so romantic.

From Lucia on Fri, Mar 06, 2009 at 14:22:57 from 74.9.147.114

That is hilarious! But it doesn't surprise me coming from you. Got any pics to share? :)

From Victoria on Fri, Mar 06, 2009 at 16:33:41 from 98.167.151.26

I just want everyone to know that I was only 18 when he shaved for me. And yes, it was romantic!!! LOLOL Sorry, no pics. Believe me I'd share.

From Lucia on Fri, Mar 06, 2009 at 16:38:50 from 74.9.147.114

Hahahaha! You guys are a trip!

Dang Lucia! Dang Burt!

From Lucia on Sat, Mar 07, 2009 at 07:41:40 from 98.204.55.168

So, Victoria, Burt did that before you got married, and you STILL married him??? That should've been a pretty good clue of what was coming... ;)

Mike, you're a man of few words, but they're always dead on!

From Burt on Mon, Mar 09, 2009 at 11:45:38 from 68.76.197.194

Rest assured that when a man carves out an 'L' or an 'AR' in his chest hair for you, that's the one you want to marry. It's the ultimate sign of true love.
