From Chevy Chase to the office on Connecticut/Reno Road and into the park. Slow but feeling good. A little plantar on the left heel...

Forgot to take the Garmin with me already :)

What?? New gadget and forgot it? Thats a no no for a gadget geek (like me).

Can you explain your plantar on left heel?

The instruction manual clearly states: "In order to accurately measure distance traveled, Garmin must be on your person throughout your entire workout."

Yeah who knows just how far you went. Was it 7.5 or 8.5 or heaven forbid only 7.4:) Great job getting out and run btw.

Very funny!

Eric, I'm not sure about the heel pain... I'm going to try and run with the insoles next time and see if maybe it's the shoes? The pain is not bad at all, so I'll endure it for now...

insoles, good idea...should wear my heel pads tomorrow, maybe it could help ... geee... thanks ;)
