Biked to the office in the morning, after work warmed up 15 min or so, and did 7x800 with 3:40 min recovery... splits:

Cooled down - now biking back home.

Did I mention I passed my Microeconometrics class, which puts me exactly half way through my master's program? Very happy about that. Happy running everyone!

Good job with those Yasso 800's. I coincidentally did the same 7x800 workout tonight, but not as good as yours. Way to go!

Congrats on being 1/2 way done! I am in the middle of student teaching, but I finished all my coursework. They said I'm graduating with a 4.0. Why is grad school so much easier than undergrad.. maybe since it's my name now on all those loans?!?! eek!
