Biked to the office from Chevy Chase. Awesome bike ride.

Ran after work from home on East Capitol down and around the Capitol reflective pool and back home on East Capitol. 45 minutes, so about 4.5 miles, pretty sure I was doing 10-min miles or so. Felt pretty good.

I can't believe what a lean, mean, fighting machine you have become. It appears adversity makes you stronger! I'm sad to say I won't be in DC this summer. I'll always be bummed I got so sick when I was there. You amaze me. It's been a while since I've been over to 'visit' and you've come a long way baby!

As for the hand comment. I think its a good thing that your hands are loose while running. I keep telling myself to relax and not make a fist. Even though all my pics from races tend to have the hang loose sign going on. If I see them before they see me.:)

Hmmmm weird... I can see them OK, in Mozilla and in Explorer... I'll try posting them again... Basically, one is a fat wobbly girl and the other is a cool girl with muscular legs and an awesome Mexico headband! :)
