Biked to the office from Chevy Chase in the morning, great weather, super fast ride, love it!

Biked around the city at lunch to run some errands, but didn't run...

Biked to Chevy Chase on the CCT after work, another great ride though I felt I was going to pass out but didn't want to slow down... headwind was pretty strong... Two days with no running, that's not good, but my legs feel tired still, not sure why... I think I need a taper week...

Your legs are probably tired from all the dancing. No more dancing for you.

What kind of a bike are you referring too (road or mountain)? Biking is great complimentary cross training that allows your running muscles to recover without the loss of overall fitness.

I agree MrsFit! I have a mountain bike (Specialized Rockhopper) with hybrid tires. I think the problem is that I use running shoes to bike, and I don't have cages... maybe that causes the leg muscles to work harder than they otherwise would, or put strain in places where they shouldn't? My legs usually aren't tired... I think my nutrition hasn't been very appropriate lately, that makes a huge difference...

I tried to stop dancing, Mike, I went to bed at 3; then at 4 my friend woke me up and said "It's Journey, you have to come dance!" - so I did. I can't resist Journey music!
