5.2 miles from my house to the office in 47:47... how do I know that? Because I wore my new GARMIN!!! Yeah! I like it... it keeps me entertained so I don't think about how exhausted I am or how hot it is...

I didn't read the manual yet... too anxious to use it... will read it this weekend for sure, don't worry JD!!!

Average pace: 9:12. Don't know how to make it lap every mile yet :)

Wore Adidas instead of Mizuno and feet didn't hurt. May be getting used to wearing running shoes after hiking shoes...

Meeting an old friend from childhood after work, cannot wait!

Long & lost. Sounds like everything back to normal in your busy-busy life.

Garmin's are fun. Just set up auto-lap on the Trainings / Settings app and it will start keeping track of your splits.

Forget your childhood friends. I think you'll find that Garmin will be the only friend you ever need.

Remember, even the best of friends need a little space once in a while.

Garmin's are a great tool to use for your running just be careful you don't become a 'slave' to it.

Just read the manual and get the feel for it. And then just play with it till you find what is confortable for you. Figure out that mile split bit first for sure so you know your splits for the mile and the rest is just finding what is easy for you. I am sure alot of people here can help with any problem you come up with. I know I have got alot of help from a few people on here for sure.
