45 min swimming pool. Boy am I a bad swimmer!

I'm starting to get used to my new friend that lives in my knee. I may try to name him... any ideas?

Here's a funny one for us runners - who hasn't had a dream about running?

Try "Sparky" or "Buddy". You know it's bad when we start treating injuries like pets or members of the family. Someone asks, "So how's your knee?" And you say, "Oh, he's great, last night I taught him how to roll over and play dead. Cute little bugger, he thinks he's people."

LOL that is funny Paul. I was just thinking of what I would name a injury. I only came up with Gimpy and Limpy. But that would be more for me. Hope it will be sooner then later you get rid of that A Noying thing.

I watched the "Bizkit" movie about 100 times in one day last week then sent it to all my friends. Hilarious :)

I saw that on the news here, it was funny. Poor dog, I wonder how often he does that?!?

I am no good with nicknames, where is Walter when you need him?

What if we called your knee nothing and pretended he was not there. You know they say if you ignore it it will give up and go away :) He can be the knee that shall not be named :)

I.B. Akon? I donĀ“t get it...

Buddy is good, Paul, I like it...

Kelli, that was on the news, seriously? They really had nothing to report, ha?

From Kelli on Tue, Mar 17, 2009 at 18:18:23 from 71.219.76.202

I didn't get it either!

Yup, the tail end of the news, the happy thought for the day, I guess!
