1:19:32/8:46. Nice and easy today. Lo battery on the scale so no official weight today. Still recovering from my sleepless weekend. Two sets of strength drills afterward, will probably try one mile at practice 10k pace tomorrow to get ready for my race Saturday. Did 44:30 last time so I would like to slide in under 44 minutes, about 5 seconds per mile faster--easier said then done, I don't know if in 4 weeks I will have made that many fitness gains. I only have to work tonight and tomorrow then I am off for 5 days! Can't wait! |
