I'd say there has been improvement since yesterday. There is still an energy issue. Probably has something to do with my dietary changes, and it will work itself out. The big news is I GOT TO RUN ON THE TRAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!I am a very dirty girl at the moment but I got in a solid 3 miles onthe trail, plus a little change. I think I could've made it all the way to wAdsworth rd.... but had run from home expecting I'd need mileage on the gurnee roads. so I had to turn around. either way it doesn't matter I got to run on the trail, and the creepy guy mulling around on the bridge listening to bob dylan on a hand held radio didn't even scare me off, because today it was MY F'IN TRAIL! When I got home Will said, "gosh mommy yous are weewee dirty. yous needs a shower, dares mud ahh ovah yous" He was right, I am covered in mud.. glorious mud, and couldn't be happier. |
