Fartlek was 3 sets of (3,2,1) 1 min rest between...2 min. rest between sets. All hard parts were run at 5:39 pace. the pace felt slower than 5k... faster than 10k... lets call it 8k? My legs need more of these types of workouts. The third sets was annoying and I was glad when it was over. The music on the radio today was also annoying. Who wants to run hard to "sCAR tissue"?
