First track night. and OOOPs I forgot casey's pants. I guess it's better anyway, it was nasty out and the boys are finally over their colds. I'm kind of glad he took them home.  38 degrees and pooring down rain.  The workout was disorienting. I enjoyed it. It was nice to feel lactic acid again! In fact I had a really upset stomach afterwards and I think it was partly due to the re-introduction of lactic acid build up to the system. I didn't wear a watch so I don't know what my times were, I'll wait till everyone fills in their log to have an idea. Here's the workout. everything was based on 5k/10k effort. Workout was continuous.

Hi, Annie!! My name is Andrea and I'm curious to see if you live in Utah (or might be willing to travel to Utah in late-June to participate in a relay race called the Wasatch Back Relay: http://www.ragnarrelay.com/).

I am putting together an all-female competitive team this year so we can win the race (and try to beat the fast guys). Craig on fastrunningblog is my running buddy. He suggested that I hit you up about participating. In checking out your profile, your running accomplishments are so impressive (especially the babies)!

If you're interested in participating, you can reach me by the following ways:

1. my blog spot (andrea.fastrunningblog.com)

2. cell phone: 801-633-5059

3. email: andrearmartinez@yahoo.com

Thus far, we have 6 good female runners who are committed to the team; now, we just need to find 6 more. We have a reputable coach who is thrilled to be working with this much talent on one team. We hope you can join us. :o)
