A little residual fatigue from the race but felt alright. Didn't really force the pace because I want to give my body a chance to recover. Mileage should be good this week but the pace will be slow. Sasha often speaks of failures of the nervous system and it's impact on running. Looking back at last week, I feel that is what happened with me. It's good to have a better understanding of why the body is not responding the way you want.
