2.25 warm up miles then 6 X 1/2 mile at 5K pace with 1/4 mile rest. Splits were: 3:07, 3:05, 3:00, 3:00, 2:59, 3:00. The first couple felt a little out of control. Started to settle down towards the end. Cooled down with 2.50 easy miles. Achilles felt better but knee was a little sore. |
