Woke up late so I could only get in a few miles.  I guess I made up for not getting enough sleep the night before.  Debated whether or not getting in 4 miles was worth getting dressed for.  If it were later in the week I may have taken the day off but just didn't feel right about it so I headed out the door.  Felt pretty good during the run.

four miles is four miles. Remember what Julie said about consistency being the most important thing in marathon training. Good for you to get out and do it.
