Warmed up with 3 easy miles.  It was freezing this morning so I use the term "warmed up" very loosely.  Ran 4 miles at 1/2 marathon pace.  Maintained 6:30/mile pace throughout the run.  Never really got into the run  The pace felt fine and I didn't get overly fatigued but something was missing.  Cooled down with 2 easy miles.

Nice job. You seem to be running really well lately and putting in some good miles.

Nice run!

Every run can't have everything, right?

Nice 1/2 MP run. Looks like you fitness is in good shape. Are you thinking about Painter's in Jan?

Andy, I know you went through this with Smooth a few months ago, but how do you delete shoes from the shoe manager. I just can't seem to make them go away.

From Andy on Mon, Oct 26, 2009 at 14:00:14 from 199.190.170.24

I'm running Snow Canyon on Nov 7 and have not decided about Painters yet. I am doing the Runner's Series and do not know which will be my 2nd race.

You can not actually delete a shoe if you have logged any miles on them. To make it so they do not show on your blog, go to the Shoe Manager after you log in. Uncheck the Active box of the shoe and click on the Update Shoe button. The shoe will still be in your shoe manage but will no longer be visible on your blog.

Nice run Andy. I think you run at the same time that I put my dogs out in the morning. I always decide what i am going to wear or where I am going to run based on the temperature when I put them out, and yes today it was cold!!!!!

Sounds like a nice run Andy - I think I appreciate running more when I can't do it.

Nice run. Seems like not too long ago we were wishing it would warm up and now it's starting all over again. Where did the summer go?
