WINDY. The wind was really blowing. Of course, I didn't mind it when I was running with it but it took a lot of work running into it. I think that I commented last week that I needed new shoes. Still have not bought a new pair and I am definitely feeling it now. I think that I squeezed the last mile out of this pair.

Hey Andy, unless you already have a connection for your shoes I recommend giving the St. George Running Center a call. Bloggers get a 15% discount and free shipping. I've gotten my last several pairs of shoes there and have been real happy with the price and service. Don't mean to sound like an advertisement but if I like the business I'll recommend it.

Thanks Jeff. There is a local running store that gives 20% off if you pay in cash. My running club also gets 15% off at another store and we are having a meeting there tonight. I'm going to get a pair while I am there.

I love new shoes... I should be getting mine in the mail from St George running center any day now. I won 20 off from them at the lake to lake relay. I can't wait until they get here!

Hey I've won twice discount coupons from St. George running Center from winning 1st AG at the Spectrum. I've never used them. I thought I had to go to St. George to shop. So, Kathie, do they give you double discounts?
