Very, very, very slippery.  It stormed just enough to put a layer of super slickness on the road.  The first few miles were alright but the last two were treacherous.  Almost went down a few times but luckily was able to stay upright the entire run.  I'm staying home with a sick kid today so I don't have to deal with driving on the roads.  Be safe everybody.

Be careful out there...I wouldn't want you to get hurt, then what would I do all alone on the LPT?

I hope the sick one gets better soon and you stay healthy in that nasty weather.

My run was treacherous today, too. My running partner fell and twisted her ankle really bad!!! We asked ourselves before we even started if it was a good idea to run or not!

Sorry about the sick one. :(

Be careful out there. I fall when there is NO ice (ask Huans/Mark)... no way I should go out!!! :)

Nice job staying upright. :)

NICE balancing act in more ways than one! Hope your little one feels better soon.
