Took it very easy today just to get a feel where my legs are. Everything feels really good except my hamstring. It is not as sore as I thought it would be but it does bother me. I'm still trying to decide how much running I want to do this week leading up to UVM. I don't know if I should do a traditional taper or train through it (9 miler's everyday with one 12 miler).
