Surprisingly, I overslept this morning. I only had time to get in a few mile and I debated whether or not I should even go out. Decided that it's better to get in a little running than none at all. I actually felt really good during the run.
Over sleeping isn't always a bad thing. Hope your body enjoys the extra rest, both from sleep and the shorter run. Speaking of sleep, do you usually get enough?

You didn't get enough sleep yesterday so it's a GOOD thing you overslept. Happy to hear your run felt good.
