Super tired and sore legs this morning.  Kept the pace super easy - no watch, no HR monitor just running.  I'm still struggling with the humiliation from last night's swim class.

Sorry to hear your swimming experience wasnt any better then mine. Phelps makes it look so easy. Great job getting in a recovery run today.

I am sure your swim was not as bad as you think. Remember Teena said to give it a month before you decide if you like it or not.

I'm sure it will get better. I will give it some time and allow myself to get better. I know better than to go against Teena's advice.

I'm still impressed with the swim.

Andy Andy Andy --

You know that I think you are incredible!! Keep up with the lessons ... seriously, your body will thank you for it later.

You're gonna be one of those "strut around kick major trash in the pool" dude. Weren't you the beach going gun showing stud in San Diego? I'm certain you are!!!

From Rhett on Wed, Aug 05, 2009 at 20:03:10 from 74.36.34.147

Andy, all that running has made you legs solid as a rock. Muscle is more dense than water so it sinks, therefore you do too. I'm sure as you pick up the proper technique you will be gliding across the pool. Good for you for trying something new.
