Same run as yesterday and I ran it 1 second slower.  I didn't feel particularly well to start the run.  My upper legs were sore and tight.  After 3 miles, I started to feel better and my form started to feel more fluid.

That is consistency, to hit 8 miles only one second off.

So that's the key, huh? I need to make my form feel more fluid? :)

(How do you do that anyways?)

Hope you are having a great morning Andy!!

Why does it always take 3 miles to feel good? I think that is why I hate 5K's just when you are in the grove you cross the finish line.

Smooth and I were talking this weekend about how amazing it is that you can run almost to the second from day to day. You are amazing.
