Repeat performance of the past 2 days.  It felt faster than yesterday so I was surprised to see that the overall time was only 30 seconds faster.  I'm taking the kids to San Diego tomorrow morning.  The weather will be perfect for running but I doubt that I will have the opportunity to run.  I guess I will just enjoy the down time and hope that the few days off will take care of my lingering aches and pains.

I hope you have fun in the sun Andy and show off that beach body!

It is good that you are being "forced" to ake a few days off. You'll probably come back feeling ready to run around the world!

Andrea - I hope you're right because I've felt sluggish and slow for 3 months.

Have so much fun while in San Diego Andy! Run when you get back.

How was San Diego? Did you get to show off your guns at the beach? Did you run on the sand? I'm glad you got some well deserved R&R. You'll be rejuvenated and ready to be speedy when you get back.
