Ran from home to Davis Blvd to meet the running club (4.25 miles).  Right ankle and calf were very problematic on the way up.  Only a couple of people showed for the group run so instead of running along Davis I decided to continue up to Bountiful Blvd.  What a brutal climb.  Followed Bountiful Blvd until it turned into Eagleridge drive and dumped into NSL.  Coming down Eagleridge was super steep and I ran it very slow.  Kept the pace pretty slow for much of the run.  The only exciting thing during the run was when I was nearly hit by a golf ball.  Missed me by about 1 foot.  Should have kept the ball as a souvenir but I threw it back onto the fairway so the guy could retrieve it.

Way to get in the miles. So did you even run with anyone from the club? That is a bummer.

Hey Andy!!!

When you say you run slow it is still about twice as fast as me!!! :)

What a nice guy to throw the golf ball back in the fairway!!!

Hope you have a great weekend. I almost bought some Nutty Guy chocolate covered cinnamon bears from the hospital yesterday - but settled on some Kettle Corn knowing that I would not be able to put the cinnamon bears down until I had eated every last one!

You are so nice! Even returning the golf ball.

Wow, that Eagleridge Drive is a seriously steep, long hill. That's got to be good for the quads.

Teena - My average pace was slower than what you ran today. I really mean slow when I say slow.

JD - I usually go up Eagleridge. I'm not sure which is worse. It's too steep to run down comfortably.

WAY to conquer the mountain today and so courteous to return the golf ball. Take care of those achy parts.
