Other than the burning ankle I actually felt really good today.  There is a new paved trail in West Bountiful that starts on 400 North and connects to the LPT that I though I would check out.  It is about 1.5 miles and very flat so it will be a good place for speed work if I ever get around to doing it again.  My legs still felt a little sloppy but they are definitely getting back to where they need to be.

Glad the legs are back.

Way to get those sloppy legs abck to where they should be. You will be ready to hit a race for sure next year. Which one you plan on breaking those legs in with next year??
