Not a good run. My achilles tendons are starting to flare up again and I felt overweight and out of shape. Strange morning. Opted for a shorter run in hopes that the body would feel better tomorrow.

Since I am trying to build my mileage back up (too slowly) I decided to just treat this as a regular week of running. I do not really have a lot to taper from since my running has not been very intense.

I think that's good plan Andy. Any lofty goals for Sat? Or is it just going to be an effort based race?

Just planning on an effort based race which should yield a 1:28-1:29. I'm not ready for lofty goals yet.
