My motivation for running was very low this morning.  I really was not looking forward to 2 hours on the road.  Despite my poor attitude, I headed out the door and put one foot in front of the other for a couple of hours.  My pace was much slower than it should have been and the effort was not even close to what I would have wanted but it is done.

Way to get out there. I haven't gone 14 for forever.

nice job --

I'm with you on that attitude today. And I only have 8 to do.

Just like you reminded me last week. Sometimes we have to get through the bad runs in order to enjoy the really good ones. Way to get it done.

Way to get it done. I am not looking forward to the really big mile days but I am looking forward to getting faster so I guess you got to do what you got to do right!

Great job putting in the miles in these less than inviting days...just wait until the nice weather and think how fun that will be!

GOOD JOB getting it done! I wish I could say it only takes me couple hours to run 14 and at "much slower pace". :) These midweek MLRs are such "work". I'm sure they're necessary for the "fun". Keep it up...you'll reap the benefits soon enough!
