Put on a few extra layers of clothes and headed out the door.  It actually wasn't that bad. My legs didn't move particularly well.  I'm not sure if it was because of the cold or just one of those days.

Yikes! Where and when did you run this morning? At 8:45 temps in Bountiful range from 10 on Legacy Pkwy to -3 at Mueller Park. That is a bit brisk!

Did you see any kids walking to school without coats? Yesterday when I ran it was 16 with a -3 wind chill and I saw some skinny, dumb arse teen wearing just a teeshirt! He didn't look very cool to me. He looked frozen.

I was out at 5:30 this morning. It was 6 or 7 degrees. The one thing I noticed is that nobody else was out. Usually I see a few people walking or running but it seems that everybody else had too much sense to be outside.
